Nostalgic listen with a couple of incredible gems

This is a great collection of old radio plays, some of them are pretty corny but tucked in towards the end is Huxley’s “Brave New World” with narration by Huxley in addition to solid radio acting performances. Very much enjoyed the whole collection.

A curiosity...

This is a collection of radio dramas from the 50s and 60s. They demonstrate what people thought space travel and the future would look like. The acting is good, though some stores dip into melodrama. The stories pulled from science fiction short stories are the best of the bunch, that's about 1/3rd of the collection. If you don't mind listening to very dated entertainment, then you might enjoy this collection.

such fun but at the same time it makes you think..

These are just the best. Each chapter is a story in its own right. Excellent delivery and leaves you with something to ponder.

Bad sound quality

The quality is very poor and the sound effects drown out the voices. Probably original radio tracks.
