Pairs well with history books on the full story

This is, of course, marketing at its biggest popular level. It goes ever-so-well with some background in the actual policies being implemented, and the way the situations actually played out. As mostly a speaker by trade, and an amateur history buff, I delight in these live, original performances, in the theater of history unfolding.

Great topics…wish for details

I love listening to the past and hearing our history laid out from such a high perspective. Such powerful speaking!! So interesting to hear voices from the past that still reflect some current issues. I do really, really wish the Chapter guide shared the President name and either the date of the speech or the reason for the speech (ie. 2nd inauguration, Civil Rights Bill intro)
