This was an a wonderful journey of effects of therapeutic gardening! I was very impressed with the precise lay out of how to go about setting up a program that will be engaging for all ages, and skill level. The personal experiences that were shared throughout the book were very inspirational and encouraging to follow along with her, and share with students and loved ones alike!
