A nice relaxing voice

Alan Munro has a nice relaxing voice and most of the lines he read are what you would expect from a guided meditation designed to help you relax.
The images include imagining you are in a nice warm bath and the water sparkles with light.
He also encourages you to believe you are safe and secure.
