Helpful for Those who Struggle Going to Sleep
I thought this short audiobook for guided meditation was helpful in getting a good nights rest. I just wish it were longer because 37 minutes wasn't enough. I couldn't go to sleep right away. It ended before I could. But I will try playing it back to back. I like the abient noise in the background as it helped with the somewhat nasaly breathy tone of the narrator. She was good, but could enunciate the words more. She had a good accent though. Even though I didn't sleep immediately, I did get a restful sleep once I eventually knocked out. So I do recommend this for a better sleep at night.

My Go-To Guided Meditation
I've been using "Guided Meditation For Deep Sleep" for a while now, and it's honestly become my go-to for winding down at the end of the day. The audiobook does an amazing job of helping me let go of all the stress and tension that builds up. The soothing imagery and focus on breath really work to ease my mind and body into a state of deep relaxation. Each session feels like a warm, calming wave washing over me, and before I know it, I'm drifting off into a peaceful sleep. Perfect wind-down for a restful sleep
The narrator's performance is very calming and soothing, with gentle instructions to wind down and get yourself into a relaxed state to sleep. I really liked the voice and sound effects throughout the audiobook, they made me feel disconnect from everything and guided me to relax.

Great meditation for deep sleep
It's my second mediation book by Vaimus and it was another amazing experience that helped me to regain healthy sleep without anxiety. I will continue practicing it and check for other meditations by the author.
