Tries to help you relax

It uses a peaceful soundtrack to help you relax and try to fall asleep. There are multiple chapters but with only couple of techniques that are repeating on different soundtracks.

I tried it couple of evenings but at the moment I was listening to the book I was already sleepy to see its full benefits.
I believe that you need to be in a precise state of mind in order to do its full effect.

INFORMATIVE!

I have never meditated but am willing to give it a try in hopes of relieving some stress. I enjoyed listening to this book and found it extremely easy to follow. The narration was great. Pretty good

I wish the chapters were a little longer. As each chapter ends it fades out and when the new chapter begins it’s a little louder which woke me up as a result I started to set a timer for the length of the chapter which did help but some chapters are short
The narrator did a great job. Very soothing voice

Works well!

I used this on many occasions after a busy day when my mind was racing. The directions are easy to understand, the narration is calming and relaxing. This is a narration I will be keep downloaded on my app so I have it when I need it.

Prepare to be swept away to dreamland!

This audiobook is well worth the download! I first received my copy on a particularly stressful day, and found I was pleasantly lulled to sleep, and this is no small task for me -- I am a lifelong insomniac, and I have tossed and turned most nights of my life. I have used popular relaxation apps and have fallen pleasantly to sleep to a favorite audiobook, thanks to some great narrators, but these Guided Transcendental Meditations are *magical*, especially when I find I am battling stress or migraine pain.

I definitely recommend these meditations for anyone suffering from chronic pain, or stress that you just can't shake off. This series of meditations will calm your anxiety, stress, and worries. The narrator has a calming voice, the sound quality is excellent, and the the meditations are excellently scripted, performed, and of top-notch quality. An A++ way to relax and get some much needed sleep.
