ok for sleep and headache
Despite not liking the voice nor the message when awake, this does put us to sleep quickly and does help with headache.

Truly a relief from pain
I’ve been suffering with hip pain (and have related back and other pains) for over a year. My husband did this meditation for months when he had shingles a few years ago and it was one of the few things that brought him true relief (not even the pain meds helped him as much). I feel a sense of tranquility when I do this meditation (even fell asleep once while doing it—which was welcome since I haven’t slept well in months). The best thing I get from the meditation is a sense of hope that I will be alright. I recall there have been times when I felt healthy and strong, and believe I will be healthy and trying again. What a gift this meditation is!

this helps me to meditate so my pain is lessened.
