Perfect for pain and anxiety

I love this meditation. I suffer horrible migraines, which were worse in all my pregnancies. I’m currently 8 months with my fourth baby and I use it just as much with this one as I did with the first one. It really helps me calm anxiety and cope with pain when medication isn’t an option. I highly recommend it.
