Mindfulness and Body Awareness!

I work with men in overcoming anxiety, and I feel this is an amazing resource to get you into body awareness and peace. It is one thing to do the work to overcome anxiety by understanding it and refocusing your thought life, but this meditation connects that work and puts you into mindfulness to let your body absorb the work that you have done. Great resource!

Help with your sleep

Very relaxing!

The narrators voice is very soothing but also has a rumbling vocal fry and deep sensation, if you are okay with that, this will be a great experience for you. It is supported with soothing background music and tones. The visualizations are great for promoting a relaxed vibe that puts you at ease. If you are looking for a natural way to relax and be put to sleep, this is definitely something to listen to before you go to sleep!

Beat Anxiety and Sleep Better

soothing voice and background music

the narrator's voice is super soothing, and the background music is beautiful. it really helped me relax and let go of my anxiety. i slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed. highly recommend it if you're looking for a natural way to ease anxiety and get a good night's sleep.
