Very Informative!
Gut health has been a word that's gotten thrown around a lot lately and this book really takes out the guesswork. It was well researched and I didn't feel like it was all pullen out of nowhere. I really liked the 21 day meal plan. It told you what to know about gut health--what it even means! and an actual ideas of foods that will help improve it and all the reasons why you want to improve it.

The secrets to attaining digestive health and wellness can be found quite easily once you understand the ins and outs of what makes our bodies tick and what makes our digestive systems happy. Kathleen Reynolds has a passion for wellness and that passion is palpable and contagious as she guides us through chapter after chapter of powerful dietary, sleep, scientific, exercises, (and a ton more) approaches to wellness. My fave takeaway from this excellent audio title was truly grasping the link between sleep and digestion! It makes so much sense because if my sleep is off, then my digestion is usually off too!
