Story
There's no such thing as a perfect guy, but Xavier Rush comes disastrously close. A gorgeous veterinarian giving Greek god vibes—all while cuddling a tiny kitten? Immediate yes. That is until Xavier opens his mouth and proves that even sculpted gods can say the absolute wrong thing. Like, really wrong. Of course, there’s nothing Samantha loves more than proving an asshole wrong . . . unless, of course, he can admit he made a mistake.

Story
Beth and her gentle, kind husband Frank are happily married, but their relationship relies on the past staying buried. But when Beth’s brother-in-law shoots a dog going after their sheep, Beth doesn’t realize that the gunshot will alter the course of their lives. For the dog belonged to none other than Gabriel Wolfe, the man Beth loved as a teenager—the man who broke her heart years ago. Gabriel has returned to the village with his young son Leo, a boy who reminds Beth very much of her own son, who died in a tragic accident.

Story
Compiled by intrepid journalist Neve Pride, this archive of recordings spans the months after dragons emerged on earth, chronicling the communities that sprang up amid the destruction, the scientists, military leaders, and experts searching for a defense, and those steadfastly seeking the missing. Neve and her young daughter Bex travel among the wreckage speaking to those left behind and surviving, against all odds. Neve records everything for history, and in the hopes of locating a clue as to where the dragons came from and how one might stop them.

Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

So far, no good
What disappointed you about HACKING?
The first disappointment is the narrator read URL's saying, "backslash", which is such a gross error I can't think of a metaphor or an analogy to use to liken that egregious an error to. It made not shortening the URL's using a service like bit.ly or goo.gl.
The second egregious error is not having the downloadable ebook where it was said to be. Here is where I looked, in case I am at fault, you can point it out to me: http://bonus.iloveprogrammingtech.com/penetrationlistener/
Otherwise, I am intently listening. Hope I got the URL for the downloabable version wrong because it is needed to access all the URL's unless one wants to set there with a pad and pen or with a word processor, taking dictation of all the URL's that are necessary to take advantage of the promise of this book.
I will upgrade my review if and when it is warranted... and I'm hoping it's a when...
What could Gary Mitnick have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Gotten a narrator who knows the difference between "forward slash" and backslash".
Use URL shortening services.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Sean Tivenan?
Anyone who knows the difference between "slash" and "backslash".
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes.
Any additional comments?

Thank you.
