Gran orientación
Soy madre de una adolescente que lucha con sus emociones todos los días. Primero escuché el libro antes de dárselo a ella, y tengo que decir que me impresionó mucho lo fácil de entender que es para los adolescentes. El libro no les habla con desprecio ni nada por el estilo. Al contrario, parte de la empatía y la comprensión. Uno de los capítulos que más me impactó fue el de la soledad de mi hija. Nos hemos mudado al campo y le resulta más difícil salir con sus amigos, porque la mayoría viven a 15-20 minutos y ninguno va en coche. Me sorprendieron las estadísticas sobre la prevalencia de las luchas emocionales entre los adolescentes y me di cuenta de que mi hija no está sola.
