The advice was get a firewall, update your software, turn off wifi on your phone, and passwords. They did give a list of codes and how to break into things, but this isn't anything anyone who works in the security professional would use.
PROS:
This book does a good job at listing prominent hackers and does a good history on freqing, but doesn't really apply to our everyday lives now.
In short this doesn't go into detail about your home security, internet security, or enterprise security.
A history, not a handbook
