Happy Habits by Elizabeth Bright is such an inspiring and practical book! It’s not just about feeling good but about building real, lasting happiness through simple habits. I loved how Elizabeth combines personal stories, science, and easy to follow exercises to help readers make positive changes. One of my favorite parts was learning about concepts like the Danish "hygge" (coziness and connection) and the Japanese "ikigai" (finding purpose). What really stayed with me is the idea that happiness isn’t some faraway goal, it’s something we create every day through gratitude, mindfulness, and aligning with what truly matters to us. Practical Ideas starting Today
This book has a lot of interesting facts on happiness research along with practical guides for putting into practice now. It can be used as a starting block for a journey to more self discovery.
I personally plan to take the recommended self assessments. I can see myself referring back to it since it is so full of information. Very educational.
