About this listen

In 1913, on the 50th anniversary of the Lawrence, Kansas, Massacre, former bushwhacker Cole Younger stands before a preacher at a tent revival.

"I was, I remain, and I will always be a wicked man," Younger states, taking a step toward salvation. And for a man like Cole Younger, there is much to confess.

This was a very good listen. Once I started I wanted to finish and it was hard to put down. It was not just easy listening to a good story it was (for the most part) historically accurate as well. I highly recommend.

Entertaining and informative

Excellent audio book. A few years ago I listened to an audio of Cole Younger’s first book. This is much better done .

Excellent book.

I didn’t care for this book, the narration however was very good. I listened to this hoping to get more detailed information about the 2 Gangs, but in the end, the story just glazed over many events. I knew little more when it was over, than I did when I started.

Boring at Best
