Bound by duty and societal expectations, Margo O’Shea has spent years suppressing her true, wild spirit. But when tragedy strikes, she casts aside the shackles of respectability and embraces her destiny as a pirate, setting sail on a quest for vengeance that will test her courage and her heart.
Elara knows that Margo's thirst for vengeance could lead them both to ruin. But her loyalty to the woman she loves is unwavering, and she'll stand by her captain's side, no matter the cost.
Their voyage takes them to the heart of the Spanish Main, where a chance encounter with a heavily laden galleon offers a chance to seize a king’s ransom in gold. But when their raid turns violent, and Elara is gravely injured, Margo must confront the consequences of her ambition.
Can Margo conquer her enemies and save Elara, or will vengeance cost her everything she holds dear?

When Heather McKinley dreamed of becoming a doctor, she imagined curing sick kids and sporting pink stethoscopes. She never anticipated the sleepless nights, grueling exams, and endless labs. And she certainly never knew that her medical school earned the nickname Dead Med thanks to the tragic history of students overdosing on illegal drugs. But Heather would never consider doing anything like that. That is, until her longtime boyfriend dumps her, she finds herself failing anatomy, and her world starts to crumble.

Great Story
Absolutely a wonderful story, although did seem to jump right in with no history. Would love both a prequel and a sequel. Felt like it needed a little rounding out.

So Rushed
there's very little back story, the romance weaves through different relationships jn a way where it seems people are polygamous but it's not supposed to be? it made me too confused to continue reading. To unrealistic of what sticks of the time would've held for sapphic lovers, no drama or worry. As for the digital voice over it's not bad but feels too sped up, in places where there should be a pause especially for emphasis, the digital voice rolls right over it full steam ahead. I'm sure there is a way to edit the recording and tweak it before publishing.
