Enlightening!

The information in this book was very enlightening and informative to me as a person who'd been struggling with "so called" essential hypertension for almost 20 yrs. The Doctor forced me to take a look at my past to find a possible cause for my condition, as I have always been told that my condition was hereditary. I've tried almost every coctail of hypertension drugs and figured I'd have nothing to lose to explore this route.

Very Disappointed

Author barely mentions other causes of hypertension and totally focuses on hypertension as purely an emotionally driven health problem. if you have never addtessed your emotional scars and the screwed up wirld we live in, then this book might be for you. However, did not find any effective methods of dealing with emotional pain we carry much less any thing at all on other causes of hypertension. Would not recomnend this book to anyone. A complete waste of my money and my time.
