Excellent & Informative!
Finally, a book about pregnancy that's clear, concise, and based in REAL LIFE! This book provides actual guidance without any guilt. So often SO MUCH is put on moms to be perfect, but how often does anyone actually ask moms what they need? This was written by a fitness professional who is also a mom, and it's very clear that this woman knows what she's talking about. It was an incredibly refreshing read, all while being easy to follow and providing advice that's actually doable and easy to fit into your daily life. I highly recommend this book to all moms and moms to be!

Helpful for my sister’s first pregnancy
My sister is pregnant for the first time, and I wanted to get her something useful. She’s been feeling overwhelmed with all the advice people throw at her, so I thought this would help. She told me it made things feel a lot simpler and gave her good ideas for eating better and staying active. She’s feeling more confident now, and I’m glad I got it for her. It’s nice to see her less stressed and more excited.
