Wish I Had This Sooner
My sister just had her first baby, and I listened to this to try and support her better. I learned so much about what she’s going through—physically and emotionally. It gave me a new appreciation for how much moms juggle and how mindset and support really matter. I even passed a few tips along that she found helpful.
