Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. sweet romantic story
This is a collection of short stories
Showing the amazing love between Josh and Colin. Each story is captivating and swoonworthy.
The narration captures the heartfelt love and emotions the Author is giving us and ups the story a notch. If you haven't read the series I'd do that first ( or listen... I recommend the audios)

‘Day in the life’ snapshots
A collection of vignettes of an established couple.
What happens after the HEA?
All those bonus scenes, special occasion novellas, and epilogue chapters authors write for fan favorite characters. This reads like a bunch of those back to back, but with a timeline advancing throughout.
It’s different, but it works.
Very sentimental.
Narration is a good fit for these stories.
This style is different from most of what I listen to, but the writing and narration are good. I have no regrets about listening.

A sweet established relationship short story collection
I think I would have appreciated these more if I had read the books they are based on first. But overall they were very sweet and would recommend if you're in the mood for a sort of hallmarkesque feel good pick-me-up in bite sized pieces. I wish the anniversary story and maybe a couple others had been arranged last though because currently the two at the end have the most strife in them and I think the extra sweet anniversary would have been a nice balm at the end and just an appropriate cap on the collection.
The narrator had a wonderful voice (I listened at 1.35x for reference), I would describe it almost like ASMR? I don't actually listen to ASMR much but he had an almost whispery quality that was extremely soothing.

Stunning
I've felt ever since I read this book that these are the best short stories Janice Jarrell has written about Colin and Josh and that has been doubly confirmed after listening to Walker Williams bring them to life with his performance of the audio version. I want to go through story by story and tell you everything that's great in it. That, however, would deprive you of the joy of discovering all the wonderful things you've yet to find. Colin, Josh, Nate and David are so real and each book takes us both forward into their life now and back to give us additional insights into how they became the men and friends they are. Fair warning, potato chips have nothing on Janice Jarrell's books, if you read one you'll have to read all the rest and I envy you those first reads. There isn't a story that is less than a winner in this book, but let me try to highlight a few things without spoiling too much. There's a lot about work in this book, both its positive and negative aspects. We get to see Josh working his magic as a psychologist in McCafferty's bar but what works so well is that we get to see it through Colin's eyes and feel in a visceral way his pride in Josh's ability. Colin is having difficulty in several of these stories with his work/life balance and when Josh has to intervene be prepared for what I lovingly call "badass" Josh like you've never seen him before making a shocking promise to Colin's boss that you'll absolutely believe he can keep. As with all books about these guys, love is uppermost and ever present and here we get to watch the dilemma a gift causes when it seems to require Colin to remove his wedding ring - the contemplation of which hurt my heart in way I would never have predicted and the solution to which I defy you not to stand up and cheer with a tear in your eye. If you've read Relevant Heart, you'll definitely remember the white suit and be delighted to know that it makes a stunning reappearance here at a time it's very much needed. Finally, if you've watched the Olympics and caught any of the amazing skateboard action you haven't seen anything until you've seen Josh on a board yelling "Yahooooooo!" In the skateboard story and in several others we get to see Colin watch Josh and I think that's the thing that stuck with me most in this collection. We've known since the first book how different Josh was to all the other men Colin had ever known and in this book we get more inside his head than we've ever done before and view Josh directly through Colin's eyes. It's very clear why Colin fell for him from that viewpoint. As always, Walker Williams knows these guys inside out and you completely forget you're hearing about fictional characters. He takes right into their lives as living, breathing people.

Always a pleasure!
Story: Every encounter with Josh and Colin is a great pleasure. I love how much of a deep dive we get into their bond and their individual psyches!
Narration: There is no Josh and Colin without Walker Williams and his voice! The match is more than perfect.

ALWAYS STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL
JANICE JARRELL is a phenomenal romance writer. WALKER WILLIAMS is a narrator with all the emotions of every character. This alone makes all the difference in the Audible. This book is all the in between in relationships that stand the test of time. Colin, Josh, Nate and David are the absolute best of friends. This story shows struggles and the deep love these men have and how they help each other. This is just how well they interact and look out for each other. Josh and Colin are a true to the bone love story that has flourished and will go on. With Walker Williams narrative this has a beautiful magic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS FEARLESS HEART SERIES!!

Beautiful story of love after marriage
This is a new to me author and the first book I have read/llistened to and I can truthfully say it will NOT be my last!
These short stories are part of a series and can be read as a standalone (thanks to the recap at the beginning) but I wouldn't recommend it! Reading this story first will spoil the rest of the series.
That being said the way the author describes the love and relationships between the main couples of these stories is so powerful you don't need the story of how they fell in love-its just so clear! It's not all perfect in their lives and they face normal challenges every couple would face after years together. The way the author handles the conflict is with such respect and devotion to not only each other, but the marriage. It is so refreshing. This is not a very spicy story, but instead focuses on showcasing how relationships thrive after the honeymoon period.
I would definitely recommend this book (and all in the series) to someone who wants a story about love, devotion, and respect to what it means to be married and connecting your life with another!
Also the narriator did an amazing job as well. He voiced 4 different men and I was able to tell them apart by the slight inflections he gave each character.

Wonderful stories!
I love these characters so much. Janice Jarrell puts such heart and feeling into her “boys” and Walker Williams brings them to life in a way that no other voice actor can. His voice is the only one I hear when I read books about Colin and Josh and David and Nate with my eyes.
This collection of short stories can be read even if you haven’t read any of the other books but you will enjoy them more if you have.

Absolutely wonderful
I had such an amazing time listening this audiobook. I loved being back in this world and catching up with Josh and Colin. This short story collection was great, I've loved and enjoyed all the stories equally. They were sweet and emotional and romantic and very realistic. They've warmed my heart. The narrator was as always brilliant and brought two of my all time favorite characters to life. Fantastic audiobook quality.
