Story
Lucas knows the perfect night entails just three things: video games, wine, and pad thai. Peanuts are a must! Other people? Not so much. Why complicate things when he’s happy alone? Then one day the apartment board, a vexing trio of authority, rings his doorbell. And Lucas’s solitude takes a startling hike. They demand to see his frying pan. Someone left one next to the recycling room overnight, and instead of removing the errant object, as Lucas suggests, they insist on finding the guilty party. But their plan backfires. Colossally.

Great short stories book to make connection!!
As a caregiver working with the elderly, I love hearing their stories and sharing a few of my own, but I’m not much of a storyteller without a book. This audiobook comes in great for sparking conversations and bringing joy! I also love how the author blends fun trivia from past decades with life lessons, making it both nostalgic and insightful!

A Trip Down Memory Lane
Who doesn't enjoy going back in time? This audiobook was a great time for my dad and I as we listened to the stories from a time long ago. It got him reminiscing and explaining different stories to me that he grew up with. It's a wonderful listen for the older generation... and the younger ones. Loved the trivia. Love that this audiobook comes with the PDF copy. This is just one of those audiobooks that I'm sure we'll be relistening to!
