UPDATE: I’ve lost 20lbs

I started listening to this about 9 months ago. 1-8 times per month. It’s helped me commit to logging my food & counting calories with Noom. It hasn’t been easy, but slow & steady: this audio has helped me to go from 175 to 155 pounds.
