Excellent info!

Great audiobook with practical information that can be used to bolster health. If you're new to this topic, it's a great jumping off point; I found it easy to follow and enlightening. The interspersing of anecdotes added some humor, which helped to keep the info fresh. It walks you through herbal remedies but doesn't give the feel of needing to abandon traditional practices if you so choose.
