I loved learning about getting better sleep
Many of these remedies teach everyone how to promote emotional, physical and mental well being. But the kicker i enjoyed is finding out how to increase your immune system. You get to learn about oils and balanced nutrition. Sleep deprivation is a huge one for many people and finding out about our sleeping rhythms. Our digestion system needs these influences to focus on fiber and proper processing, without a good healthy experience there goes our energy levels. Learning about which teas increases antioxidents will bring a new level of a healthy boost. If you want to know how to detox and get bad toxins from the body there's plenty of herbs letting you know how to replenish the body to feel great.

Fantastic Guide!
I'm a newbie to herbal remedies and I'm grateful I came across this audiobook. Looking things up online can be overwhelming so having all the information in one place is time-saving. Michelle provides great explanations of the effects herbs have and I appreciate that it is referenced multiple times to talk to your health-care provider. Although many are trained to push prescriptions (thanks to big pharma) there are doctors out there who do know there are healthier alternatives. The amount of detail Michelle goes into is helpful (especially when it comes to growing herbs) and the recipes she provides are *chef's kiss*. I also enjoyed listening to Sera bring Michelle's words to life. Her voice was engaging and kept my attention. An excellent resource.
