You Will Learn So Much!
This book really taught me a lot. I didn't even know to start with becoming more holistic. I really appreciated this guide because it was so easy to understand. The explanation of what each plan and herb does is powerful. It helps the reader figure out from the beginning what they want to do and then advises how to use them. I really am looking forward to creating tinctures for my joint pain. I also want to share the recipe for the common illnesses so we can all stay healthy.

A Plethora of Information People Need To Know
I'm about to build a greenhouse and add raised bed garden vegetables and was looking for information. The audiobook really has motivated me to get busy. The fact that all the pesticides are left on fruits and vegetables scares me! The narrator did an excellent job and kept my attention, which is something hard to do with audio. I'm stoked with the information about medicinal herbs that I can grow myself and then use instead of pharmaceuticals without the side effects. Healthier living naturally
So many of us want to learn more about using plants and naturally grown herbs to replace OTC medicines or even prescription medicines. Herbal remedies Survival Guide is such a great resource, which chapter after chapter of useful information. I will keep this one in my library to reference and hopefully use more and more of in my daily life.
The chapter I found more useful talked about the six basic steps to growing an organic herb garden, even in small spaces. If you wanted to know about the best herbal teas for different maladies, or creams or healthy and safe food additives, this audiobook is for you.
