Power of the Plants!
I've never been a fan of drugs and have had some very bad side effects that have left permanent issues to solidify this feeling. So Natural medicine is very interesting to me because I don't want anymore of the terrible side effects. But I also love to garden and learning about growing my medicine is really fun and now my garden has a much more interesting story to tell. This book does a great job at breaking down some complex information into easily digestible chunks. Power of the plants!

Great book
This book is a real treasure trove for anyone curious about using plants for health. It's packed with info on tons of different herbs - way more than I expected! What I love is how it doesn't just tell you about the herbs, but also how to grow them yourself and turn them into remedies. The way it explains each herb's benefits made me feel a lot more confident about trying natural remedies. I'm no expert, but even I could follow the instructions easily. Whether you're just starting out or you've been into herbs for a while, there's something new to learn here. It's got me excited to try growing some of these plants in my backyard and seeing what they can do. If you're into natural health stuff or just want to know more about the plants around you, this book is definitely worth checking out!
