Highly Effective For Weight Loss

This is an amazing audiobook filled with useful information on your weight loss journey. If you're looking for a natural... and effective... way of losing weight, this book has you covered. I love the detail the author goes into about the different kinds of teas. As a tea drinker, I knew of some of the health benefits, but now I know a heck of a lot more. The info on growing my own teas is something I'll look into as well because I like doing things like that. Highly recommend this book for everyone including people who just enjoy drinking tea!

So much information I was shocked!

I knew nothing about herbs when I started this book. No idea feel like I could grow and incorporate them into my everyday life. It was also like a history lesson come alive for me. It took things I learned about and history and told them from the perspective of how the herb was used and how it’s changed over the years. Each herb is dedicated you in a chapter and goes into detail about what it can do. Very informative!!

A Treasure!
