This audiobook will allow you to achieve high performance in any area of your life by changing your personality. Your personality is the sum total of all your past programming and the interaction of three factors: traits, habits, and viewpoints. These factors aren’t genetically inherited; they are acquired, and thus can be altered with new programming. Get ready to feel totally confident, at ease, and ready to accomplish anything!
Note that for maximum effectiveness, it is recommended that you use the program in this way: play track 1 before every encounter or activity in which you desire to perform at your full potential; play track 2 on a daily basis; and play track 3 every night as you go to sleep. Track 4 is to be used as support programming or as needed.
In track 1 — Pre-Encounter Hypnosis — you will be given powerful suggestions to help you feel the power and ability you have to excel, to surpass all previous efforts and succeed beyond your greatest expectations. For example, the following phrase will be repeated so that it is instilled into your subconscious mind: “I am a high-energy, high-performance winner.” Post-hypnotic trigger words will also be programmed for use when you need assistance in your daily activities.
In track 2 — Energy/Incentive/Win Hypnosis — you will be given intense suggestions to get you highly charged to outdo your best previous performance. For example, the following phrase will be repeated so that it is instilled into your subconscious mind: “I have the energy, drive, and enthusiasm to win!” You will feel focused, powerful, and ready to achieve.
Next, in track 3 — Learning Acceleration Hypnosis — you will benefit from the most effective hypnosis intensification techniques for absorbing data and learning. For example, these phrases will saturate your subconscious mind: “You are accelerating your perception and learning abilities and are capable of totally concentrating upon your goal. You learn rapidly and you retain what you learn.” This track will help you to learn anything faster: lines in a speech, material for a test, a new tennis technique...anything.
Finally, track 4 — High-Performance Sleep Programming — places strong emphasis upon increasing your self-esteem and supports the individual hypnosis programs. Your subconscious mind will be saturated with these concepts: “You are a high-energy, high performing winner who thinks of yourself as self-confident, self-assured and successful. Each and every day you increase your performance and become more and more positive about your life. You look forward to the future with optimism and enthusiasm. You now perceive on a conscious, subconscious, and superconscious level, thus opening channels that will assist you in ultra-high performance.”
