This is a dark and emotionally complex listen. As I listened the beginning chapters the more I needed to know how there could be a happy ending here! Malik rescues Sully who is already in a psychotic state of mind and body. Malik just knows he has to keep him and train him. Little does he know that Sully will become obsessed with making Malik his very own. Their story is full of secrets and misplaced anger. The intimate scenes were quite rough with just the right of undertone of care and feelings all the way. I am giving this Five stars for the absolute Dark Romance that is written to be. Harley Chase narrated this darkness to perfection!

Sully is nuts. I say that with all the love. These two are absolutely togic together, but I do love how perfectly matched these two are. Martin broke my heart. Always check the triggers because this one is a rough read, but it is so worth it. I very much enjoyed this story. The audio for it makes it even better. This narrator is perfect as both characters and I loved it so much.
