About this listen

An imaginary hedgehog fairy made me famous. A blizzard made me fall in love.

When I was a kid I used to doodle pictures of my best friend. Well, my best imaginary friend, Harley the Hedgehog Fairy, turns out that making up stories about her catapulted me into children's book stardom.

Now, I'm living my dream and working from home. I’d rather spend my time creating stories than face the real world. Except, my agent has other plans. He's booked me on a signing tour across the country six weeks outside of my comfort zone.

I thought that was painful - until I saw Morgan Bradford entering a bookstore holding the hand of a little girl. He told me he didn't want commitment. But, I guess he didn't want commitment with me. After five painful minutes, I see him off and hope we never cross paths again. I’m not that lucky.

A blizzard, a car accident and a concussion send me back to Winter Valley...and under Morgan's care. Maybe I am that lucky.

a great read

I have loved getting to read Christmas books recently and this is one of my favorites! The blurb really caught my attention and the story was definitely everything I hoped it would be.

Peighton is a children's book author who writes stories based on her childhood imaginary friend. When she runs into Morgan during a book tour she is hoping they won't see each other again. Instead they get a second-chance at love. I liked how they still had lots of chemistry despite years apart and the development of their relationship was well done.

While this is the second in the series it can definitely be read as a standalone. I can't wait for more from this author duo!

Whimsical and magical!

I absolutely love second chance romances and this is a a great one. I loved this book by Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire and I especially loved the audiobook. Joe Arden and Grace Grant brought Morgan and Peyton to life with their great performance. I adore Winter Valley, more so since Morgan and Peyton have their whirlwind second chance at love in a place that is just so whimsical and magical. This is a great one for no angst romance.

A magical listen

I loved everything about this story when I read it but Joe Arden and Grace Grant took it to another level with their narration. They put me right back in the mood for the holiday season as they brought the characters and this entertaining tale to life.
This is the second book in the Winter Valley Series and as with the first book it is well written with wonderful characters you can’t help bonding with. It’s a magical listen that will appeal to all Holiday romance lovers.
This is author Peighton and Morgan Bradford’s second chance at love. Peighton never meant to come back to her home town but when her publisher sets her up with a signing there, she believes she can flit in and flit out but a car accident has her stuck in Winter Valley and that’s when she reconnects with her first love……
A sure sign of a good writing duo is when you have no idea who writes what and I couldn’t even guess and who wrote what chapter so this is a very talented writing duo both independently and together. Their descriptive writing has you feeling like you are going home to visit family and friends, the characters are adorable and their stories are captivating. So I guess all I need to say is please one click this magical read you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend Home with you to all romance readers as well as Al, romance audio listeners.

wonderful 2nd chance romance

Home With You is a delightful, heartwarming, second chance romance. Morgan never forgot the girl he left behind in college. Peyton was devastated when he left, leaving her heart broken.
Now she is a famous children's author, Peyton is on a 5 week book tour. Her last stop is in Colorado, not very far from Winter Valley.
That was the last place she wanted to be. All she had was bad memories of living there and she didn't want the chance of running into Morgan.
Morgan always felt regret when he left his only one true love. No one could compare with her. Peyton still had feelings for Morgan but could she forgive him ?
This story is about rebuilding trust, forgiveness, family and letting love in again. I love the interaction between Peyton and Morgan, he pushes her, she would pull back her emotions. . Peyton always is guarding her heart and Morgan is trying to break through her barrier.
Joe Arden and Grace Grant brought this story to life. They tell this beautiful story with so much love, emotion and compassion. Both capture the personality of each character perfectly. I was gifted this audio and offered my honest review.

Amazing!

My heart is bursting with happiness. I can still feel the emotions from Peighton and Morgan's story. Second chances are always so beautiful because the characters have to grow and move on from their past hurts to move forward together. That's what happens with them. The chemistry is electric and I just love this town.

The narrators did an amazing of bringing the characters to life and I couldn't stop listening.

Fabulous Story & Listen🎧 Charming & Heartwarming!

This is a fabulous second chance romance, and I loved everything about it, from the author’s writing style to the characters and storylines they created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire are gifted authors and they make a great team, and like the first book in the series, this one also grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it the entire book. Once I started the book, I did not want to put it down because I needed to know what happened next for the two lead characters, who I absolutely adored, Morgan Bradford and Peighton Peterson aka Julie Wright, a children’s author. Peighton and Morgan were each other’s first love, but he broke her heart by leaving her when they were in college. Morgan regretted what he had done and when he found out she would be in Winter Valley for a book signing, he had to go to see her and took his niece, Perry, who loves her books and the character who made her famous, Harley The Fairy Hedgehog. Morgan was the last person she wanted to see, and one of the reasons, she avoided coming back to where she grew up. Once finished with the book signing, she thought she was done with the place, but mother nature had other plans for her, not to mention an injury after a car accident. And who comes to her rescue, none other that Morgan, the last person she wanted to see. Peighton needed to be looked after and Morgan volunteers to do that and take it as his opportunity to explain to her why he did what he did and to win her back. This wonderfully plotted story has the perfect balance of drama, heartfelt emotions, charming humor, heartwarming moments that will put a smile on your face, and a fabulous second chance romance. Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire, thank you for another enjoyable story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fantastic narration, Joe Arden and Grace Grant are wonderfully talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They did an outstanding job portraying and voicing characters, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured them to sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance and have you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Magical, sweet, and steamy holiday romance!

I loved this magical, sweet, and steamy holiday romance! I was totally captivated by Morgan and Peighton's moving, and heartwarming second chance love story. They have a long history that includes falling in love in college, and making plans for the future together, when Morgan left suddenly, breaking both their hearts. Now years later, Peighton is a successful children's author who stops in Winter Valley on her book tour. When Morgan and Peighton see each other again, she can't escape from the only man she has ever loved fast enough. Morgan has never forgiven himself over the way he had to leave Peighton. When a sudden snow storm causes her to need his help, Morgan is determined to win her back. But she is so hurt and angry, he needs to remind her why they fell in love in the first place. Will they be able to find their way back to each other when they both have very different lives, in different parts of the country? I really adored everything about this quirky, touching, and sizzling story. I really liked the way that Morgan and Peighton discovered who they each grew to be today, making them fall even harder the second time around. It was also fun catching up friends and family from other books. I am really loving the collaboration between Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire. They have created a magical world will warm your heart, and make you smile and sigh over and over again.
I always enjoy listening to Grace Grant and Joe Arden's narration. They did an amazing job bringing this heartwarming, sweet, and sizzling story to life, immersing me in their world, and making this a delightful listen.

Outstanding story and narration

I am really enjoying this series from Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire. As with the first book in the series, this was well written with characters that are easy to relate too and whose story you cannot help but fall for. I have no idea which author wrote what or where one ends and the other starts as the story flowed so well.
Home With You is a book that will make you smile and gave me a much needed boost in a week that has been difficult. From the first chapter to the last, I was invested in Morgan Bradford and author Peighton’s second chance at love story. The writing is so descriptive that I would love to visit Winter Valley.
Joe Arden and Grace Grant did a wonderful job with their narration and in my opinion were spot on for the characters. Their voices are pleasant and easy to listen to and did a great job bringing the characters and the story to life.
After a car accident and stuck in Winter Valley, Peighton finds herself re connecting with her first love Morgan. Can they re kindle the love that they once shared? Or is it to late? One click and find out.
