About this listen
The average person touches their phone over 2,600 times a day and doesn’t remember doing most of it.
What are you really reaching for? Comfort? Escape? A way to avoid silence?
Perhaps you’ve set the limits. Deleted the apps. Even tried giving your phone a break. But each time life slows down, your hand moves on its own. The constant checking, the foggy thinking, the hours lost in a blur, it’s not just a habit. It’s a loop. And trying harder isn’t helping.
That’s because most advice teaches you to resist the urge. This program does something different: it removes it entirely. Built on proven techniques, it helps you let go of digital dependency without shame or willpower. You don’t have to fight. You just need to rewire.
What you’ll unlock inside:
- The hidden emotional triggers that keep you stuck in the scroll loop, and how to cut them off at the root
- A short technique that neutralizes any urge in 90 seconds or less, even when the pull feels impossible to resist
- How your brain confuses digital stimulation with real reward, and the simple rewiring method to flip the switch
- The exact way your phone steals your attention span, and how to rebuild it with just a few minutes a day
- A cognitive ritual that rewires your habits in the background without you needing to remember anything
- How to access deep focus states even if you’ve struggled for years to stay present or engaged
- What to do in the first 5 minutes of your day to stop the dopamine hijack before it begins
This system gives you everything you need to break free: fast-acting cognitive tools that interrupt the urge in real time, guided hypnosis sessions to retrain your brain, and subliminal audio programming that works while you sleep.
You don’t need to rely on willpower. What you need is a brain that no longer craves distraction.
And that starts here. Your clarity is waiting.

A Lifeline for My Teen
I bought this for my daughter who struggles with screen time and it’s been incredibly helpful. She said it was the first time she didn’t feel blamed for her habits. Now we’re both using the techniques together.

A Game-Changer for My Digital Habits
This book completely shifted how I view my phone usage. It goes beyond telling you to just quit and instead teaches you how to rewire your brain. The 90-second urge neutralizing technique alone was worth the read.

Transformative and practical
This audiobook, Social Media Addiction, completely shifted how I approach my phone usage. I was skeptical at first, expecting another generic self-help guide, but the focus on rewiring the brain through neuroplasticity was eye-opening. I loved the 90-second technique to neutralize urges—it’s simple, quick, and actually works, even in moments of weakness.

Exactly what I didn’t know I needed
I believed I just had an unhealthy habit, but this audiobook showed me it's deeper and gave me tools that actually worked. The 90-second technique was surprisingly effective and I've already experienced less mindless scrolling. The voice of the narrator is calming and made the hypnosis session go down smoothly. I've been listening in the morning instead of checking my phone and it's staying me on track. This isn't willpower or guilt it's brain change. If you're caught in the scroll loop, this makes a real difference.

Log off, wake up, and be more present
Hooked and Hijacked will open your eyes to the amount of time actually spent on social media. The book breaks down why social media is so addictive and what you can do to make your brain feel "rewarded" without being on the apps. I liked how becoming detached from social media is characterized as not logging off, but waking up. The rapid tools are easy ways to develop more mindfulness - helping you create a pause, such as a 90-second urge wave, to break the immediate cycle of dependence on the dopamine hit of social media interactions. To find these, along with longer hypnosis sessions and sleep audios to help rewire your brain all in one place is fantastic. Only thing I wished was for the narration of the chapters to be in a more "awake", direct voice, to differentiate from the voice used for the session or sleep work, but maybe that's how it's supposed to work. So many of us could use the awareness and self-regulation strategies in this book.

Deeply Insightful and Practical
This book helped me identify emotional triggers I didn’t even realize were connected to my phone use. It digs deeper than surface-level advice and offers genuine healing tools. I feel empowered rather than guilty now.

Finally Taking Back My Time
I had no idea how hooked I was until this book broke it down in a way that actually made sense. The part about dopamine and rewiring your brain was eye-opening. I’ve been way more focused and present since applying just a few of the tips. Totally worth it if you're tired of mindless scrolling!

Helped Me Cut Back
I got this audiobook after realizing how much time I was wasting scrolling every day. I didn’t want to quit cold turkey but needed to feel more in control. Listening to this helped me understand what was going on in my brain and gave me small steps to start breaking the habit. I’ve been checking my phone less and using my time better without feeling miserable. It’s not preachy or extreme—just realistic and useful. Glad I gave it a try.
