Finally a great book on Menopause

This audio is a wonderful resource for any women about "that age" or even those who are younger. Menopause can be a confusing time and it's difficult to find straight information. This would be a good read for someone experiencing it or if you have a loved one in Menopause to help you understand what they are going through better. Dale hits everything from hot flashes and night sweats to avoiding osteoporosis. I love the practical tips and tricks that I can put into practice immediately. Weight gain is such an issue during this time, so I am so glad to learn about the ins and outs of that as well. Well written and nicely narrated!
