Amazing performance and well researched

I love how she reads with such authenticity. I learnt a lot of great techniques from this book and it’ll be one I come back to in the future.

Absolutely must read!

This is the most in depth, well researched book I have heard on ADHD. She is funny, but extremely in depth. A book ideal for psychologists, patients. parents and teenagers alike. As both a teacher and a sufferer of ADHD for 62 years, I wish I had known this back when I was training Olympians, but suffering myself. Thank you for such an amazing book!

Kind of infuriating.

The narrator and content being annoying to the point of being intolerable. I wish I had listened to the podcasts first.
