Packed with great advice!
I fully enjoyed this book and found many of the issues relatable. By nature, I tend to say yes a lot and aim to make people happy. However, there is a balance to find within those good intentions. Our time is precious, and depending on the person, people can take advantage of kindness. Even if you don't have these issues, there are still great lessons to learn from this book. I plan on putting a lot of the suggestions to use.

Fantastic and Empowering
I absolutely loved this book. We, as women, spend so much time pleasing everyone else, putting ourselves last, and just doing what society thinks we should do. And we should be happy with that? I say not. No wonder there are so many miserable women in the world.
