Finally Feeling Empowered as Caregiver

This book is such a information powerhouse! As the parent of someone going through the challenges of an ed, as well as navigating the differences that come with being on the spectrum, this book helped me get more of an inside view of my child and discover better ways to be supportive through their recovery. I also ended up buying the physical copy of this book so I could underline key points to remember along the way and have it handy as an easy reference. I really can't recommend this book enough to those who want a deeper understanding of either themselves or someone they care for. Thank you so much for your dedication to putting this kind of healing on the map Livia!

I get it! Finally my extreme hunger make sense.

After a lifetime of struggling with severe Binge Eating Disorder and Bulimia, I finally understand why I have not been able to guilt myself in to 'just getting over it'. Between rehab, therapy, medication, counselling, dietitians, various diets, studies in to addiction, and so so much grief, despair and self hatred...Finding Livia has brought me understanding! And with understanding comes the grace I have been seeking for my entire existence.
Whether you are autistic or not, do yourself a favor and invest in this life changing book. You will not be disappointed.
Overwhelmingly grateful for "HOW TO BEAT EXTREME HUNGER".
Much love
