it's pretty good, but a little basic book

very basic fundamentals, but didn't get into much details. I didn't feel like I got that much out of the book.

Good summary but no depth

The book provided the very basics of home buying, but doesn't really provide a detailed description of what to do. Most of the information is really obvious and a lot of it is not really applicable in most places only in very rural area where the housing market is very slow.
