Not well organized and not clear advice

Book is a little all over the place. Quickly goes over why people cheat and how easy it is with modern technology, but without enough detail or data to really mean anything. Also touches on attachment theory but doesn’t give any advice on navigating it.

Also the title is misleading, because it implies that it’s advice for the cheater, but most of the book is advice for the faithful partner.

There is another book with the exact same name by Linda MacDonald. That book is better organized and the advice is focused on what the cheater can do to help their spouse heal.
