I wish I knew this years ago!
This book is relevant for anyone living and working in today's fast-paced, competitive world. I fell victim to some of the burnout types identified in this book during my military career. Now, I'm a college professor teaching HR and organizational behavior courses. In my classes, I advocate for life balance and personal well-being as essential components of being an effective employee, partner, and person.
