Stop being toxic
This is a wonderful audiobook that has really good advice on how to stop being toxic, and to become a better person with helping our relationships. I listened to this because I wanted to learn more about some of the family dynamics in my family and it gave me some really good strategies. I’m going to try to get my brother-in-law to follow. I shared it with my sister and she agrees. If you know someone who is toxic and you wanna help them stop. This is a great resource.

A wake-up call
I was woken up by this audiobook. It was simple, direct, and it really put my behaviour in perspective. The narrator was gentle and encouraging, so even the serious stuff was relatable. I loved, too, the focus on family and friends. It made me realise that the way to make better relationships is to respect other people and ourselves. Exercises were helpful too — not too complicated and confusing. I recommend it !
