Eye-Opening Information
This audiobook is packed with information and because it's so relatable, it makes it very easy to understand and apply. As I'm currently in the midst of some toxic relationships, this book opened my eyes to the red flags to watch out for. The chapter on emtional intelligence is so important and although I'm familiar with EI, it certainly was a great refresher!
