Must read to improve your relationship

I was genuinely surprised by this book in an amazing way. So many tactics built into one!

I picked this audiobook because of the tag line that it offered 120+ tactics and it delivered. I like that I can pick out those that apply to me or those that would fit into my daily life, when I work towards building healthier relationships through a stronger mindset. It's easy to follow and understand. Overall, I think there's something for everyone to learn.

This Changed Everything for Me

This book hit home in ways I did not expect. I picked it up thinking I would learn how to deal with difficult people, but it ended up showing me the ways I was also contributing to unhealthy patterns. I used to shut down or get defensive during arguments, and it was seriously affecting my relationships. The tools in this book helped me understand why I react the way I do and how to respond without blowing things up. I also loved the reflection prompts—they made me pause and really think instead of just skimming.
