A Refreshing Look at Personal Growth

This book really made me take a step back and reflect on some habits I hadn’t even realized were toxic. One part that stood out to me was the section on self-reflection through journaling—I started doing the writing exercises, and it helped me see my reactions in a whole new light. I also shared some of the conflict resolution strategies with my daughter, who was struggling with a friendship, and she said it helped her approach the situation differently.

A Must-Listen for Breaking Toxic Patterns

This audiobook couldn’t have come at a better time as my partner and I are actively working through some toxic behaviors in our relationship. There were so many great insights and tips, but the section on texting etiquette really hit home. Since we live an hour apart, we’ve definitely seen how easy it is for miscommunication to happen over text, and this gave us practical ways to improve. I’m already sharing this with him—such a helpful resource for anyone wanting to build healthier relationships!

Good book

This book does not just talk about toxic behavior, but also how to change them.

It covers good topics such as setting boundaries, stopping toxic texting and passive aggressive. The self-reflection exercise are good; they really got me thinking! also the no phone rule is something that I definitely needs to look into.
I highly recommend this book if you are looking to improve how you intereact with others.
