I have been battling with overthinking for years and done a lot of self work to better myself. I got this audiobook because it gives you a step 7 plan to help do that. You need to change the narrative in our heads and stop being hard on ourselves. It is all about retraining our thinking process. The author gives techniques to help you manage stress in ways that helps you take control of the situations that you can control and not to focus on the ones we cannot control. There is a lot of great information and a lot of useful information contained within this audiobook. I recommend anyone that needs help managing stress, organizing their lives to be less stressful or needs help overthink every situation to the point you wanna crawl in a cave and disappear.
