Feeling more confident talking to anyone

Wonderful!
This book has it all, truly. I found it engaging from the beginning and was further hooked as each chapter brought new information and interesting tips. I have struggled with social anxiety my whole life and continue to work on myself to stay calm when triggered and face uncomfortable situations. That said, this book is very helpful in reinforcing some much-needed strategies and supporting my self-work.
