Starting in the early 1970s, Michael Lisagor worked as a government contractor hardware and software engineer, IT project manager, business developer, and a domestic and international vice president. He has been responsible for $200M+ of new business. In 1999, he relinquished his suit and tie to start a consulting company, Celerity Works, where he advised over 60 contractors on how to win more government business. A FED100 awardee, he has written numerous articles for Washington Technology and Federal Computer, was the co-founder of the annual Federal Program Management Summit, implemented the acquisition risk management process at GSA FEDSIM, did ten marketing/sales webinars for Centurion Research Solutions (now part of Deltek), and is one of the co-founders of GovFlex.com.
