Good Advice
I love Hungry Girl! I’ve been following her since she started the emails on 2003. I love the advice in this book and love listening to her talk. The one thing I didn’t care for was the background music. I found it hard to concentrate on what she was saying. Other than that, the book is awesome!

Useful, but not unique
There's no earth-shaking information here, but it's a good refresher on sound eating practices, presented in a breezy, easy-to-listen-to fashion. A good morale booster for us serial dieters.

Get healthy
I liked the info in this book but listing to her over the music was awful, whoever decided to put speaking with music should be shot it was very distracting and not necessary at all. If she does another audible book I will listen to a sample before purchasing to make sure I don't have to go through that again.
She has a wonderful way of sharing simple things that can help you get healthy or stay healthy

Common sense but worth a listen
This book does a good job of giving the read tips and ideas on making better choice. Much of it is filled with the common sense but it's never a bad idea to think about those. I liked the easy approach that gives the reader suggestions without being over the top and judgmental. I learned several new things from the read. If you are working to make healthier choices and life style changes this is a good book to explore.
