I was skeptical that a sleep hypnosis could work, but it actually does help me fall asleep quickly, and I feel very calm when I wake up. I would recommend this. Her voice is also very soothing.

I would love this book if it fit the description because I want something like this to help me sleep through the night, but 2 hours and 40 minutes into it (40 minutes into chapter 3 ) there are wake-up instructions! It then goes back to music for the rest of it until the wake-up instructions at the end. This first set of wakeup instructions must be a mistake. Can they fix it? Can they send those who bought it the new version? Can I get a refund?
