Excellent & Practical
Dr. Oliver’s book is excellent and serves as a practical guide for leaders to truly invest in their employees. She, in plain English, breaks down industrial & organizational concepts and dispels false theories such as “survey fatigue.” She also helps people understand the distinctions between engagement, satisfaction, employee experience, and other psychological constructs. I hope she is able to conduct leadership seminars and workshops because I think it could help leaders positively impact the employee experience which in turn would significantly and positively impact organizations' bottom line & KPIs. I highly recommend you get a copy of this book!!
