About this listen

Claudia thought her world had already shattered when Darius left her. Seeking solace and healing after a breakup, she embarks on a transformative journey at Malibu's 30-Day Breakup Bootcamp, a place where hope begins. Amidst the soothing backdrop of ocean waves and serene sunsets, Claudia encounters Ayotunde, a vibrant model reeling from her own devastating betrayal.

As they navigate the bootcamp together, Ayotunde’s secrets unravel, revealing heartache that mirrors Claudia’s pain. United by their shared struggles, they confront their pasts, grapple with feelings of inadequacy, and explore the depths of their lost dreams. In this sanctuary designed to mend broken hearts, they learn to identify red flags, rediscover their self-worth, and embrace the power of discernment.

Claudia finds comfort in the stories of other Christian women going through breakups, and the supportive community becomes a vital part of her healing process. These shared experiences echo the themes of forgiving what you can't forget and overcoming heartbreak. This is not just a breakup book for women; it's a healing after a breakup book that serves as a breakup recovery roadmap.

However, when Ayotunde meets a mysterious man who promises to revive her modeling career, their journey takes an unexpected turn. With hidden motives and unspoken truths, this new relationship could either derail their healing or guide them toward an unimaginable destiny of love after heartbreak.

This work of African American Christian fiction, "I Am The One: Red Flags and Discernment," delves deep into the lives of Christian women, offering a devotional for single women and a perspective on praying through breakup. It combines elements of Christian romance and African American culture, making it a standout among Christian breakup books and devotional literature. Will Claudia and Ayotunde find the strength to overcome their pasts and embrace a future filled with hope and possibilities? Or will the shadows of their heartbreaks pull them back into the darkness?

Start your journey to healing and rediscovery today with this powerful single women devotional.

I am the one

this is a must read I even took notes, because the part about red flags I needed to write down, and I knew I needed this word because I so happened just got done watching the year of the bride and without my knowledge this book talked about a few things I just heard so I knew the prayers in this book was for me.
