Great audiobook with really transformative techniques and strategies explored within. I've always felt like an imposter no matter the social or professional space I've been in. I've learned from other resources but nothing has fully 'fixed' these emotions and belief patterns within me, they always seem to reappear. But I highly enjoyed this new take on imposter syndrome as well as the tools and techniques that go very deep into the roots of belief patterns, etc. that cause the feelings of not fitting in or being worthy. Overall there is lots to learn and gain here if this is something you struggle with too
