Much needed, straightforward!

Very informative! At first, I was wondering why their was repetitive affirmations, but I realized it was on purpose. I came in open to this source, giving it chance; after the meditation, it informed a huge amount of information on the topic. Just remember, you're own experience is for yourself with no comparison. Just keep swimming! (:

Great for negative self talk

I have PTSD, as well as anxiety and depression, and I’ve never really been into affirmations because I don’t “believe them”. However, hearing them in someone else’s voice helped me be comfortable with hearing them in my own head. The explanation at the end (chapter 4) is really helpful. I will try to make this a part of my daily practice because I do feel so peaceful afterward
