About this listen

Tiglath-Pileser I was a king of Assyria during the Middle Assyrian period (1114-1076 BC). He expanded Assyrian rule into Anatolia and Syria, and to the shores of the Mediterranean. From this inscription, it is clear that cultivated a fear of himself in his subjects and in his enemies alike.

I’m so disappointed that this site would allow such a great book to be narrated by a nasally Siri. This voice is so awful, it’s hard to listen to. Pronunciations of names of Kings and cities are so terrible it’s offensive, like no effort or care was taken to respect the language. I’m convinced this is a computer reading this and not a human.

Great Book. very interesting. Awful narration.
